Pre-surgery checklist

◻︎Proof of Rabies

if you have not requested a Rabies vaccine and have not sent us proof(copy of certificate or copy of Vet record- tag is not proof) we will give your pet a Rabies and you will be charged for it

◻︎Drop off time is 7:30-8:30 am

Please stay in your car and someone will come out to you. If you are more than 20 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel your appointment

◻︎Pick up between 11am-3pm

Have your phone handy as we will call or text you when your pet is ready to go- You must pick up your pet within an hour of contact

◻cats must be in separate carriers

Please have towel or blanket in carrier

◻︎All dogs must be on leashes or in a crate or cage

We ask you to let them potty before coming inside

◻︎Payment is due at checkout

We accept Venmo and Cash ONLY

◻︎NO FOOD AFTER MIDNIGHT before surgery

Water is fine

◻︎Plan ahead for incision care

Your pet’s incision CANNOT get wet. The incision is closed internally with absorbable sutures. The skin is closed with surgical glue. If the incision gets wet, it can open and you will have to see your personal veterinarian for repair. It is VERY important that you keep them from licking the incision.You may purchase an E-Collar(cone) from us or find other options to keep them from being able to lick their incision.
