Our services are ONLY for pet owners who cannot afford to have their pet spayed/neutered at a full service veterinary clinic. If this does not apply to you, please do not schedule an appointment as appointments are limited
- DROP OFF- for dogs on their surgery date is 8:30-9 am and for cats is from 8-9am.
- PICK UP- can be anywhere from 11am-3pm and you will receive a call or text when your pet is ready to go home. You will have one hour from notification to pick your pet up. If you cannot drop off or pick up in these times mentioned, please do not schedule an appointment with our clinic. We do not offer boarding.
- PRICES AND PAYMENT- Payments are due at check in. We except Cash and Venmo only. Dog spay/neuter is $100, Cat spay/neuter is $60, Rabies $10, Microchip $15, E-collar(cone) $15
- VACCINE REQUIREMENTS- Rabies is required-if you do not provide proof of Rabies during scheduling or at check in, you will be charged $10 and your pet will receive a rabies vaccination. We do not require your pet be up-to-date on other vaccines to use our spay/neuter services, but it is highly recommended.
- ANIMAL INFORMATION- You must know your pet’s information! This includes weight, sex, and breed, as those fields are required. You must enter your pet’s weight as accurately as possible for the date you are choosing and choose the correct sex. For dogs, we recommend that you weigh your pet before scheduling. You will have to reschedule if you show up to your appointment and the pet you bring is a different sex or the weight is drastically different. Weight accuracy only applies to dogs. If you are unsure of your pet’s weight, you can upload a photo with something in it for size comparison. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old for spay/neuter surgery and kittens must weight at least 2 pounds. Currently, we cannot schedule female dogs weighing more than 80 pounds. except on rare occasions-please email us at reception@tubbproject.com if you have questions about this.
- SCHEDULING- Appointments can only be scheduled online. We cannot schedule appointments by phone. If you cannot schedule online, you can come to the clinic to schedule in person at our front desk or call during open hours. Front desk hours are typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. Please call before coming to make sure we are open.
- TROUBLE SCHEDULING- Due to the large demand for affordable spay/neuter surgeries, we do book pretty far in advance and in some cases, have no appointments open at all. The online scheduler shows all that is available. Please feel free to keep checking back for openings. Appointments on the online scheduler open 3-4 weeks out. This means that appointments open at 9:00 am most* mornings to stay within that 3-4 week window.
- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Only one pet can be scheduled at a time. If you are trying to schedule multiple pets, you must request an appointment for each of them. If you would like them on the same date, we recommend scheduling any female pets and/or larger dogs first because these spots fill faster. Each pet must also have their own individual name. Our system will not accept the exact same pet name under a pet owner’s account.
- Pet owners who have an unpaid balance on their account must pay that balance before scheduling or appointment will be denied.
- Pet owners with 3 or more no-shows or last minute cancellations on their account will have their online appointments denied and full (nonrefundable) prepayment of surgery will be required to schedule. Pet owners will 5 or more-shows or last minute cancellations on their account will no longer be allowed to use our clinic.
